Guarantee means that any payment or other benefit that one party provides to the other party when it fails to meet a Service Standard. Below you will find our guarantees available for patients looking for a dental treatment with our Clinic.
Rest assured that our team will do their utmost to ensure that your treatment is carried out to the highest standards. However, please note that the warranty services will only be valid in Turkey, which means you will need to purchase your own flight tickets in case you need to return for further treatment, we will provide you with 365 days hotel accommodation for the treatment process. Dental Implants
We only use the best Implant Brands in the world, and the implant pieces (abutments + screw itself) are guaranteed for a lifetime. If the implant fails, we will replace it once without any charge.
Dental Crowns / Full Veneers
We always use best quality for our materials which is made in Europe, for Crowns. These are guaranteed against any failure for 5 years process.
Please be aware of the fact that the treatments listed below are not covered by guarantee:

– Gum Treatment
– Root Canal treatment
– Laser Teeth Whitening
– Prior dental work performed by other dentists.
This Guarantee file does not cover any other costs associated with travel regarding the agreement.

The guarantee will be reduced or invalidated in the following circumstances:
If oral hygiene is neglected.
If the dentist instructions are not followed.
If the patient does not have a routine check-up.
If the patient fails to fulfil their payment obligations.

If removable restorations such as partial or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly.
If you have bruxism (grinding the teeth at night) , if the patient not worn a gum shield as advised.
The patient involved with contact sports and associated leisure activities that may cause health issues or injury.
If subsequent treatment is carried out to the treatment elected in our clinic without prior authorisation (only accepted of Descale and Polish treatments).
If the patient has diabetes, we give no guarantee for the dental treatment other than dental crowns chipping or cement failure because this chronic, inflammatory disease can destroy your gums, all the tissues holding your teeth and even your bones.
