He was born in 1986 in Bulgaria / Kardzhali. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from Plovdiv Medical University Faculty of Dentistry in 2012.

He worked in his own practice in Istanbul between 2013-2014.

Between 2014 and 2019, he worked as a research assistant at Akdeniz University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

In 2019, he presented his thesis “Investigation of the effect of decompression treatment applied on the cystic lesions of the jaw on the histopathological character of the lesion” and successfully passed his exam and received the title of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Health Polyclinic, of which he is a partner. Participating in many national and international congresses, Uzm. Dt. Dinçer KADER is a member of Turkish Oral Implantology Association, International Team of Implantology Association, Always Implantology Association, Turkish Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Association.

They joined their lives with Hatice Kader in 2011 and has two children.
